Experience
Senior / Lead Software Engineer — INSO
- Technical lead and review/merge owner for CHDC, INSO's humanitarian incident-data platform used by NGOs across 28 countries — two Angular apps and a 7-module Spring Boot (Java 17) backend.
- Scaffolded and led the new INSO Portal (Angular 20), wired into Azure DevOps CI/CD and Kubernetes (AKS).
- Architected a real-time collaborative reporting platform — TipTap editor with Yjs/Hocuspocus CRDT sync, version history, and a publishing workflow.
- Designed hierarchical RBAC with Azure AD SSO (MSAL/OAuth2) and method-level authorization.
- Operate production data and search infrastructure: Apache Solr + Zookeeper, CouchDB, Redis, Azure Blob.
Software Engineer — INSO
- Built INSO Alerts (Flutter) as primary developer from the first commit — real-time security alerts with push notifications, proximity and geofencing filters, offline support; live on the App Store and Google Play.
- Built the Purchase Request Tool end-to-end (Spring Boot + React): multi-stage approval workflow with SSO and automated signed-PDF generation.
- Delivered core CHDC incident features: advanced geospatial/narrative search on Solr, CouchDB conflict resolution.
Software Engineer — World Health Organization
- Delivered full-stack applications (Angular, Node.js, Spring Boot) for health-emergency response, including the Incident Management System used across all 34 provinces.
- Designed real-time dashboards for decision-makers; automated workflows with Python and PowerShell; trained health-facility staff.
Full Stack Developer — iMMAP
- Built secure humanitarian data-sharing applications (MEAN stack) with AWS deployments and location-based analytics for cluster partners.
