Technical lead and review/merge owner for CHDC, INSO's humanitarian incident-data platform used by NGOs across 28 countries — two Angular apps and a 7-module Spring Boot (Java 17) backend.
Scaffolded and led the new INSO Portal (Angular 20), wired into Azure DevOps CI/CD and Kubernetes (AKS).
Architected a real-time collaborative reporting platform — TipTap editor with Yjs/Hocuspocus CRDT sync, version history, and a publishing workflow.
Designed hierarchical RBAC with Azure AD SSO (MSAL/OAuth2) and method-level authorization.
